Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us and provide your order number and state the reason:

  1. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  2. Generally, you will receive a refund within 1 to 7 business days. (If no refund is received within 14 days, please contact us via email)

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns & exchanges within 14 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.

  1. Please send an email to help@hidaddystore.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

  1. You have 14 business days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item(s) please contact us within 14 business days of receipt.
  2. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
  3. The following item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear, Special discount item(s), and any ON-SALE item(s) are not refundable.
  4. We will check every item carefully when we send it out, if we send the damaged, or the wrong size item(s), we accept returns and do not require customers to pay shipping fees.
  5. If need to return or exchange, please return the gift together.
  6. HI, DADDY does not accept any return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and providing pictures or return might not be approved.
  7. Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.
  8. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
  9. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  10. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-HI, DADDY products.


Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note To my beloved Indonesian fella:

  1. Unboxing atau unwrapping video dari awal pembukaan sampai pengecekan paket tanpa pause / cut/ edit.
  2. Harus masih ada tag/label dan produk belum di cuci dan di sarankan selalu memakai pakaian dalam saat pertama kali mencoba.
  3. Maks 2 hari setelah paket diterima sudah chat admin di WhatsApp +62 821-1243-5604.
  4. Tukar size atau warna boleh sekali tetapi ongkos kirim akan di tanggung pembeli.
