DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped from INDONESIA to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us within one (1) day of your order placement.
  • All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days from the date that payment is authorized and verified, not from the date that it is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Domestic orders are dispatched using J&T, Si Cepat, Pos Indonesia dan JNE, International orders are dispatched using Pos Indonesia Or J&T International.
  • Purchases made on Fridays after 11 AM, or Sundays will not be sent until the following Monday.
  • Purchases made on public holidays will be sent the next following working day.

Note for the busy Holiday period: orders may incur a 2-day packing delay while we catch up on orders, please also allow for longer shipping time due to peak periods with our shipping partners

  • The cost calculated at checkout includes the cost of shipping and packaging.
  • Once the parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any loss of the parcel. 

Shoppers requesting safe drop, please make sure your letterbox is a safe place to leave parcels as we are not responsible for stolen or missing parcels. Full tracking is available using this service. 

Free delivery within Indonesia on orders over 2 million Rupiah.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders may take 2-5 business days to process before shipping. All shipping costs will be indicated at checkout & calculated based on each item’s destination and weight.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information at checkout.

*IMPORTANT: HI, DADDY is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to unclaimed packages and/or incorrect addresses provided. Please note that if a package is returned to us, the client is responsible for the additional shipping fees as the original shipping label will be void. Previous shipping fees will not be refunded.

Once your item has been shipped, HI, DADDY is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Kindly contact the assigned courier if any problem arises. You may contact us at help@hidaddystore.com for assistance.

International orders are sent using J&T International /POS INDONESIA, offer full tracking, and do require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. 

International Free shipping on orders over 300 USD$

.We will not be held responsible for parcelsthat are redirected to a local post office for collection & returned to the sender. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.

Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day before 11 am local Indonesian time. We are unable to dispatch parcels on Sundays

Please note, during sale periods and times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders and in turn delivery time may be delayed due to higher volumes. We aim to process all orders promptly, but we ask for your patience in order processing. The wait during peak seasons or promotions is 2+ business days.

Taxes and customs fees are not included in international orders. If these are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. 

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and HI,DADDY not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. This can be due to public holidays, strikes or union action, weather delays, and unforeseen circumstances during the delivery of your order.

Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm, please note deliveries are not made on Sundays.

Please note:

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
